Doodle it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to create a new space at home. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, all we need is a quick doodle to begin the process.
Design it.

Once we have received a sketch from you, we will begin the design process at our end. Turning your doodles into the blueprints we will build from. Working with you every step of the way to create exactly what you have dreamed of.
Build it.

Once all of the designs have been finalised and we are both happy, we will begin the build process. We undertake all aspects of the build in-house. From the metal fabrication, to the paint spraying, to the full internal fit out. Keeping everything in-house means that we can produce high-end projects with unrivalled quality.
Transport it.

When your dream conversion is finished, we will look after all of the logistics to transport it to you and locate it in place. You don’t have to worry about a thing, we will work with you to arrange the best date and time and take all of the stress away!

2 - Layout

Because shipping containers are all exactly the same, in terms of dimensions, it means that they can be used as modular building blocks.

Any shape or size is possible… From a mini house consisting of 2 x 20Ft. Containers welded together, making 29m2 of floor space to gymnasium fabricated from 6 x 40Ft. Containers welded together to create a gigantic 174m2 of open space.

3 - External Finish

Raw - As found on the sea.

Painted - Professionally Spray painted.

Cladding - Timber, Composite or Aluminium.

Graphics - Vinyl wrapping & Graphics

4 - Internal Finish

How many Internal Walls & where do you want them?

5 - Doors, Windows & Glass

PVC - The cheapest option for windows & doors. Available in single, double french & sliding doors. All window options available.

Aluminium - A more premium product that can be painted any RAL colour. Available in single, double french & sliding doors. All window options available.

Steel - The most secure option with 16 point locking systems. Also available with Fire Escape Hardware for Building Regs.

Curtain Walling - We can replace any or all of the container walls with glass & aluminium curtain walling. Available in any RAL colour.

Fully Glazed Ends - Replacing the original doors with a fully glazed end looks spectacular and allows a lot of light in to the space.

6 - Appliances & Furniture

Air Conditioning - Is an absolute must have in many conversion situations, lots of options available.

Heating - Again really important for use during the winter. From small convection heaters to underfloor heating, again there are lots of options.

Lighting - We install LED spotlights as standard, but anything is possible, even an illuminated toilet.

Water Heating - 3 options available: 7Kw instantaneous water heater, 2Kw 15L Water heater or 100-300L Water Storage Heater.

Furnishings - From full kitchens to complete AV installations for an office, we offer a whole variety of finishing touches.
